AAbout the company/role:Growing and innovative agricultural-based companyPermanent, full-time opportunity for a Production Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day manufacturing of their unique and sustainable productsImmediate startFulltime hours, Monday-FridayDay shift Key responsibilities include:Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality outputCoordinate production schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlinesLead, train, and support production staff, fostering productivity, teamwork, and safe work practicesConduct daily toolbox talks and communicate operational priorities and performance expectationsOperate and oversee production equipment, including mixers, pumps, tanks, transfer systems, and forkliftsMonitor blending, batching, packaging, and quality control processes, including pH, density, and batch testingAssist with raw material handling, inventory management, stock takes, and reporting material shortagesMaintain production areas, perform equipment cleaning, and troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimise downtimeEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental, chemical handling, and quality assurance requirementsCoordinate preventative maintenance activities and collaborate with maintenance and logistics teams to optimise operational efficiency Skills & experience required:Previous experience in fertiliser, chemical, agricultural or industrial manufacturing environmentDemonstrated supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-onMust have a forklift license and able to operate other production equipmentGood OH&S understanding and practicesStrong communication and oranisational skillsGood computer skills for production reporting and inventory systems Apply!
