About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join a high‑performing operations team based in Silverwater. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role working with pumps, valves, and fluid transfer systems in a safety‑critical industrial environment. The position is ideal for operators who are mechanically minded and comfortable working with pressurised systems, bulk liquids, and structured procedures. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, with a strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position after approximately 12 months.
