About the company/role:Reputable Pharmaceutical Organisation that manufacture high quality products for cosmetic and personal care useBased in South Eastern suburbs They are currently seeking a Packaging Technologist to join their teamThis is a full-time permanent positionMonday - Friday, standard working hoursDuties: This role will involve sourcing and offering innovative packaging solutions for new products, current products and market driven packaging changes that keep in mind the safety, efficiency and impact to the running of the production lines.  Reporting to the Global Product Projects Manager, your duties may include but are not limited to:Designing, developing, validating, and implementing packaging solutions for new and existing productsWork with marketing/sales to understand the target market and the customer's needs to improve packaging designDeliver improvements to new and existing productsFacilitate the packaging sustainability agenda for the ANZ businessRegular contact with suppliers to explore alternative packaging materials for innovative solutionsEnsure all packaging changes comply with relevant regulations to ensure regulatory complianceProviding technical advice on emerging packaging technologies including sustainability and recyclability of materialsManaging all internal stakeholders and external partners relationships To be successful for this role, you will possess the following:Tertiary Qualifications in Science with a specialization in packaging or a related disciplineA minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Packaging Technologist within a GMP environment Demonstrated experience in plastic packaging manufacturing, with a strong understanding of materials, processes, and regulatory standards relevant to pharmaceutical applicationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholdersPossess a strong ability to work on high level strategic projects including planning, organizing and prioritising work Benefits: Excellent Team CultureCompetitive compensation package with performance-based bonusesOnsite parkingExtensive opportunities for career growth and skill development Apply!
