About the roleOur client is a leading provider of laboratory equipment and supplies, serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and environmental sciences. We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative and operational support in their busy warehouse/office environment. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday-Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm). Key responsibilities Respond to and process customer enquiries, orders, and complaintsMaintain accurate records in customer relationship database (CRM)Pick, pack, and ship orders with attention to detailAssist with stock movement, warehouse organisation, and monitor warehouse inventoryCoordinate freight bookings (scheduling shipments, deliveries, and pickups)Assist with supplier order receipting and allocation when neededProvide admin support to sales and operation teams, and prepare sales documentation reports when required What we’re looking forPreferred experience in customer service, administration and/or warehouse support Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM softwarePositive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team Apply!
