Scientific Administration Officer

About the company/role: Our client is a leading Australian radiopharmaceutical manufacturer who, due to expanding operations in Brisbane, are seeking a permanent full-time Scientific Administration Officer to join their team. This is a face pace, detail focused role what sits at the center of production, logistics and customer coordination. You will pay a key role in ensuring products are manufactured, scheduled and delivered accurately and on time, while support efficient use of production capacity and freight resources. Duties:Receive, process, and manage customer ordersPrepare and issue daily manufacturing schedulesGenerate product and shipment labelsPrepare Dangerous Goods documentation, air waybills, and shipping paperworkCoordinate with customers to confirm injection times, dose activity levels, and delivery requirementsLiaise with freight providers to organise transport and optimise shipment efficiencyMonitor and report on production capacity, freight utilisation, and sales accuracyIdentify opportunities to improve scheduling, logistics, and product utilisationEnsure activities align with GMP and regulatory requirements Skills & Experience:A Bachelor of Science or similar qualification (desirable, not essential)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-critical environmentExperience with logistics, scheduling, or transport documentation (Dangerous Goods experience desirable)Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external service providersStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelThe ability to work independently, apply sound judgement, and escalate issues when requiredA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementAn understanding of, or willingness to learn, GMP and regulated manufacturing environmentsApply!
