Evolve Scientific are recruiting for a key global pharmaceutical leader who are seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager to take ownership of engineering operations at an established manufacturing site. This is a strategic leadership role focused on strengthening existing frameworks, driving reliability, and delivering site improvements. About the Role As Engineering Manager, you will lead all engineering, maintenance, and utilities operations for the Rutherford site. This includes capital planning and execution, maintenance reliability, energy management, process automation, site security, and facilities management. You will also play a key role in technical projects, continuous improvement, and supporting product transfers. The site is well established, and we are seeking someone who can review current engineering functions, identify gaps, and implement best practice frameworks for preventive maintenance and reliability programs. You will lead a team of engineers and maintenance professionals while building upon existing systems optimise performance.
