About the Company / Role Our client is a well-established plastics manufacturing business seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join their team in Altona North. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in being the go-to person on site, and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive environment. Working closely with the Site Manager and Production Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations across administration, purchasing, stock control, logistics, and finance support functions.What's on offer:4 days per week with consistent and flexible hoursSupportive and collaborative team environmentFull training provided, including SAPDiverse role with exposure to multiple business functionsCareer development and growth opportunitiesImmediate start availableKey Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:Providing day-to-day site administration supportOrdering office, safety, and production consumablesManaging stock levels, ordering processes, and inventory recordsMaintaining spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentationFiling, archiving, and ensuring accurate record keepingAssisting with purchasing and finance administration tasksCoordinating supplier orders, including uniforms, stationery, and site requirementsSupporting weekly stock takes and inventory activitiesLiaising with internal teams across multiple locationsCommunicating with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholdersSupporting site operations to ensure efficient day-to-day workflowSkills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in an administration or office support roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperience within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or industrial environmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentApply!If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
