We are currently partnering with an Animal Health Organization in search for a National Key Account Manager who would be responsible for planning and implementation of Malaysia's short, medium and long term business strategies. Responsibilities: Champion Company Values: Promote and embed corporate values within the subsidiary team to foster a strong, unified company culture.Drive Strategic Business Execution: Lead and develop strategies to ensure P&L alignment, focusing on monthly sales forecasting, competitive price positioning, margin analysis (by product and customer), and overall operating performance.Deliver on Sales Budget: Take proactive measures to achieve sales targets, initiating corrective actions where needed and prioritizing resources toward high-impact products and services.Business Planning: Prepare and update the subsidiary’s Three-Year Business Plan annually, aligning with corporate goals and market dynamics.Policy Implementation: Roll out and enforce company-wide policies locally to ensure operational alignment and compliance.Business Development: Identify and assess new business opportunities—including product expansions and market innovations—and collaborate with Regional Management and Corporate Marketing teams as needed.Key Account Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to key accounts, strategic customers, dealers, and KOLs to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.Resource Planning & Talent Development: Secure necessary resources to meet business objectives and actively participate in talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development.Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial team by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and supporting professional growth through ongoing feedback and performance assessments.Field Coaching & Sales Development: Conduct routine field visits to evaluate team performance, identify development areas, and implement corrective action plans.Target Setting: Establish ambitious, measurable objectives for the business team, driving year-over-year growth and performance improvement.Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the Finance & Admin Manager to monitor credit limits, manage receivables, and control inventory.Tool & System Adoption: Ensure full adoption and effective use of corporate marketing tools (e.g., Medical Devices, Guarantee Contracts) and digital platforms (CRM, reporting systems, etc.).Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide monthly reports to Regional Management on market trends and business activities, highlighting urgent issues and proposing actionable solutions.Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or a related life sciences discipline.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, including sales forecasting, pricing strategy, margin analysis, and overall financial performance.Strategic Planning: Experience in building and executing multi-year business plans, with the ability to align local and corporate goals.Sales & Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, launching products, and utilizing corporate marketing tools and services.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
