About the Role: We are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join a global leader in testing, inspection and quality assurance services on an initial
6-month maternity leave cover contract, with the potential for extension. This is a varied role offering a flexible hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to support a busy operational team across administration, procurement and stakeholder support functions. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer and internal enquiries.
- Raise and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with invoicing and general administrative duties.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, coordinating supplies as required.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team.
About You:- Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using SAP, Excel or other procurement/ERP systems would be highly regarded.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
