Are you an organised and friendly administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are seeking a reliable Administration Assistant to provide essential clerical and operational support within a busy industrial site based in Bundamba. This is an ongoing position offering long-term stability, making it ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

Working 1 day per week, you will support site operations through a variety of administrative and reception duties. The position will commence on Thursdays, with the potential to move to Fridays following an initial training period of approximately 4-6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries
  • Direct internal and external enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
  • Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
  • Order and manage office stationery and consumables
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and site management
  • Assist with document preparation, printing, binding, and laminating as required
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house administration role
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Workspace, SAP or and office software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting a busy team
