About the company:
The company is a well-known pharmaceutical company. Located close to Melbourne CBD, this company manufactures therapeutic products for the Australian and international markets.

About the role:
We are currently seeking a QC Chemistry Analyst with excellent communication skills and is self-motivated.

Reporting to the QC Team leader, this role is responsible for testing raw materials and finished products. This is a full-time contract role for 5 months.

Full training will be provided, and training will be scheduled from Monday – Friday. About your duties in the QC Chemistry team -
  • Doing routine testing of products – raw materials and finished goods
  • Wet chemistry
  • Titration
  • Basic PH conductivity testing
  • Routine lab tasks, cleanliness of the lab
  • Data entry into LIMS
  • General laboratory maintenance
  • Maintenance of GMP regulations
  • Carry out analysis of bulk and finished products (e.g. HPLC, UV-Vis, GC)
  • Prepare and follow company SOPs
  • Other duties as required
About you:
  • A Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Overall, a great attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
