About the Role:
 
Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer, is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator for an ongoing casual role with full-time hours. This role will be working Monday to Friday based on site at Carole Park.
 
NOTE: Applicants will be required to undertake a full medical assessment, drug screening and police check to be eligible for this role.
 
Duties:
  • Maintenance and upkeep of site grounds, buildings and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to address complex maintenance issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, legal and ethical standards and ensure all compliance documentation is completed to a high standard.
  • Liaise with Maintenance and Operations teams, ensuring a high standard of facility upkeep is maintained.
  • Build and maintain a high level of customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace by complying with company instructions and processes.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Trade Qualification desirable.
  • Previous experience working in building and construction or facilities maintenance.
  • Previous experience working in a GMP environment is desirable.
  • Forklift License required.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • The ability to effectively manage time and conflicting priorities to meet strict deadlines and targets.
  • Current Driver’s License and a vehicle as this site is difficult to access via public transport.
