About the company/role:  
Our client is a supplier of specialised laboratory technology with a strong commitment to innovation and customer service. This role is a unique opportunity for a recent Chemistry or Engineering graduate looking to step away from the lab and develop skills in Sales & Marketing. This position can be part-time or full-time and is open to a Chemistry/ Engineering student or recent graduate. This role is based in the Central Coast. 
 
Duties: 
  • Prepare quotes, process orders and customer inquiries  
  • Process customer orders 
  • Learn product specifications and industry standards 
  • Assist with email campaigns, social media and event coordination  
  • Update website content and manage sales collateral  
  • Use Canva to create basic design assets  
  • Identify workflow improvements across sales and marketing   
Skills/experience:  
  • Bachelor’s degree (completeing or recent graduate) in Chemistry or Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments highly beneficial for the role
  • Strong interest in technical sales, marketing or product specialisation  
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM or Canva is highly regarded 
  • Detail oriented , proactive and eager to learn 
  • Bonus: customer service, admin or internship experience
