An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator to join a highly regarded specialist neurology research centre conducting cutting-edge Phase 1–3 clinical trials across a broad range of neurological conditions.

Working alongside leading neurologists and research professionals, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical trials while supporting patients through innovative long-term studies.

About the Role

You will manage the day-to-day coordination of multiple clinical trials, ensuring studies are conducted in line with protocol requirements, ICH-GCP standards, TGA regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating participant visits, screening, and informed consent
  • Managing source documentation, eCRF data entry, and query resolution
  • Liaising with sponsors, CRAs, investigators, patients, and carers
  • Preparing for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
  • Maintaining Investigator Site Files and essential study documentation
  • Managing investigational product accountability and laboratory logistics
  • Supporting study start-up activities including ethics and governance submissions
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator in a site-based setting
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, TGA regulations, and Australian ethics/governance processes
  • Experience using eCRF, IRT, and eTMF systems
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative research environment
Highly Regarded:
  • Background in nursing, science, or allied health
  • Phlebotomy and ECG competency
  • Previous experience in CNS or neurology clinical trials
