Respond to technical enquires that may encompass product ingredients, formulation and safety of use
Receive, respond and resolve consumer complaints and enquires
Record data and ensure all information is correct in the database
Develop and maintain current knowledge of the pharmacovigilance requirements for Australia and overseas
Provide training for Pharmacovigilance responsibilities to relevant staff
Prepare weekly and monthly product quality and safety reviews
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Skills/experience:
Tertiary education in Pharmacy
Working experience as a Pharmacist
Previous Pharmacovigilance experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quality focused with high attention to detail
