Your duties, but not limited to:
  • Act as the primary contact between customers and the company
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Oversee order processing and prepare accurate quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers for smooth service delivery
  • Support daily operations of the Customer Service team
  • Assist Sales Engineers with administrative tasks
  • Manage communications, follow-ups, and ensure accuracy in orders, quotations, and complaints
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to improve service and identify sales opportunities
  • Organise transportation and logistics for customer deliveries in collaboration with the warehouse
  • Perform reception duties: answer calls, greet visitors, accept deliveries
  • Contribute to process improvements and enhanced service delivery
  • Take on additional projects and duties as required

Your skills/experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Customer Service, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using SAP
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and care
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and inperson)
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience liasing with transport companies and booking both domestic and international transport
