About the Role
Our Client, a world-leading center for Mining safety and health research, is currently seeking a eLearning Developer to join their Redbank based team for a full time 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

As an eLearning Developer you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-quality online content that engages the target audience and supports the strategic plan of the company

Duties:
  • Design, develop and facilitate training activates and assessments to support identified learning strategies 
  • Develop content, collaboratively, in consultation with subject matter experts
  • Project management of learning programs through their lift cycle from concept to completion
  • Lead, liaise, manage and work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand capability development needs and priorities required to develop and implement appropriate and effective eLearning training solutions
  • Develop learning processes to implement policies ensuring the organisation adheres to sound quality and risk-based management principles and practices.
Skills & Experience:
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent 
  • Experience in the development and implementation of digital learning programs 
  • Experience using authoring software (e.g. Articulate360) to design, create and maintain learning programs within eLearning platforms (e.g. aXcelerate)
  • Experience working with data management systems 
  • Program and project management experience highly desired
