About the Role Our Client, a world-leading center for Mining safety and health research, is currently seeking a
eLearning Graphic Designer to join their Redbank based team for a full time 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
As an eLearning Developer/Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining high-quality online content that engages the target audience and supports the strategic plan of the company
Please note this position requires the successful candidate work in the Redbank office up to 2 days per week. Duties:- Design, develop and facilitate training activates and assessments to support identified learning strategies
- Develop content, collaboratively, in consultation with subject matter experts
- Project management of learning programs through their lift cycle from concept to completion
- Lead, liaise, manage and work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand capability development needs and priorities required to develop and implement appropriate and effective eLearning training solutions
- Develop learning processes to implement policies ensuring the organisation adheres to sound quality and risk-based management principles and practices.
Skills & Experience:- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Experience in the development and implementation of digital learning programs
- Experience using authoring software (e.g. Adobe and Storyline360) to design, create and maintain learning programs within eLearning platforms (e.g. aXcelerate)
- Experience working with data management systems
- Program and project management experience highly desired
