About company/role:
  • Join a global provider of water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions that helps businesses improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across their operations
  • Seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Manager to join the VIC team
  • Entry level role - full training provided. Must have prior experience working within fast food and/or hospitality
  • Casual fulltime contract with strong potential to go permanent

Duties/responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Provide cleaning and sanitation solutions tailored to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through reliable, personalised service
  • Deliver product knowledge and guidance to customers
  • Install and maintain equipment at client sites
  • Conduct training for client teams on product use and sanitation standards
  • Support sales activities and identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and broader team to achieve performance goals
  • Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction across all accounts

Skills/experience required:
  • Prior experience working within fast food restaurants, hospitality or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all ages and staffing levels
  • Hands-on experience with basic hand tools
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear customer focused orientation
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel across sites in VIC - must have full drivers' license
