Develop and test products, recipes and formulations
Conduct benchwork analysis to improve existing products
Document process, trials and results for regulatory and internal use
Work closely with production, quality and other departments onsite
Review and update documentation
Assist with QA general duties such as reviewing SOPs, ensuring GMP standards, reviewing CoAs, customer complaints and non-conformances
General housekeeping
Your skills/experience:
Tertiary education in Food Science or related discipline
Proven experience in a similar role as a Food Technologist
Understanding of GMP and FSANZ
Previous experience in a quality role (nice to have)
Excellent communication skills
Eager to learn and positive attitude
