About the role:

We are seeking a Graduate API Chemist/Operator to join our client’s team in Rutherford. This role is ongoing until November 2025. You will be part of a dedicated team, working under the guidance of the API Team Lead.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to production schedules.
  • Perform Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analyses.
  • Operate diaphragm pumps, forklifts, and valves; move drums and lift containers up to 20kg.
  • Complete batch records and legal documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly calibrations and maintenance of equipment.
  • Adhere to cGMP, WH&S regulations, and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Recently completed a Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Police check, drug & alcohol test, and forklift ticket.
  • Licenses: NSW driver's license and access to a car.
