About the company/role: Our client is a leader in the field of medical devices and as the organisation grows rapidly, they have opportunities within their team. We are looking for a switched-on graduate biomedical engineer to work in their post-market surveillance team, to ensure quality services are delivered to customers and key stakeholders as per business requirements.
This position would be well suited to a talented science/engineering graduate who has sales/customer service experience, or someone looking to move out of the lab and into an office-based role
Duties:- Ensure all post market surveillance documentation has been reviewed and aligned with Notified Bodies, Regulatory requirements, and cross-functional teams
- Gathering inputs from stakeholders and elevating at-risk findings to senior management
- Prepare written analyses, summary reports, presentations and other customer deliverables for projects and work performed
- Lead the processes for gathering information & statistics on complaints, including root cause analysis as well as recommendation solutions for Management Review
- Design and implement queries, procedures and reports to address customer requests and project requirements
Skills & Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant degree
- Some experience in the medical device field is desirable
- Some experience in customer service/complaint handling is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy; you will be computer savvy
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail and analytical skills are essential
