About the Program This 12-month structured program includes
five placements across key areas:
- Operations: Learn to operate and maintain hazardous waste treatment equipment with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Business Development: Understand how sustainability aligns with business objectives.
- Health, Safety & Environment: Champion safety and environmental stewardship.
- Administration: Gain insight into the administrative backbone of operations.
Key Learning Objectives:- Waste assessment and sampling.
- Hazardous waste management and compliance.
- Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting a strong safety culture.
- Operational and technical support.
About You- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (Chemistry major preferred).
- Available to start in February 2026
- Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and waste management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of chemicals, safe handling, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- A current driver’s license & access to your own vehicle
- Valid working rights in Australia
