About the company/role:  
Our client is a supplier of specialised laboratory technology with a strong commitment to innovation and customer service. This role is a unique opportunity for a recent Chemistry or Engineering graduate looking to step away from the lab and develop skills in Sales & Marketing. This is a permanent full-time role with standard office hours and reports directly to the General Manager.  
 
Duties: 
  • Prepare quotes, process orders and customer inquiries  
  • Maintain CRM records and coordinate order fulfillment 
  • Learn product specifications and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, IP) 
  • Assist with email campaigns, social media and event coordination  
  • Update website content and manage sales collateral  
  • Use Canva to create basic design assets  
  • Identify workflow improvements across sales and marketing   
Skills/experience:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) 
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments highly beneficial for the role
  • Strong interest in technical sales, marketing or product specialisation  
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM or Canva is highly regarded 
  • Detail oriented , proactive and eager to learn 
  • Bonus: customer service, admin or internship experience
