Lab Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering to launch their career as a Laboratory Technician - with comprehensive training provided. You'll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge instrumentation and collaborate with a dynamic, highly skilled team driving innovation in sustainable construction technologies.
 
Duties:

• Conduct physical testing of products
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain QA/QC equipment
• Manage sampling, receipt, testing, and logging of all sample types, including incoming materials and final products
• Support production line operations
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of chemical areas
• Perform quality control inspections
• Participate in both internal and external audits

 
Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Practical experience in a laboratory environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Solid computer literacy and technical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
