About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization who provide extensive support services for preclinical studies and clinical trials. Based in
Brisbane City, this is a
permanent, full-time role within a small, energetic and passionate team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Order and maintain consumable laboratory supplies.
- Cleaning, maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment according to relevant SOPs and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal processes and statutory requirements.
- Receive goods, reagents and biological samples and review and complete associated documentation.
The successful applicant should have:
- A tertiary qualification in biological sciences or related discipline or 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.
- An understanding and appreciation of regulatory requirements such NATA.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LIMS desirable.
