Daily calibration of laboratory instruments and pipettes
Provide ongoing laboratory support such as organising of shipments, receiving goods
Collaborate on the preventative maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment
Sourcing, ordering and registering of laboratory consumables and reagents
Ensure calibrations and checks are accurately recorded to meet appropriate scientific and regulatory standards
Comply with safety and GSP regulations
Adhere to global and local SOPs and other laboratory procedures
Maintain laboratory quality systems
About you -
Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline such as biochemistry or biotechnology
Good practical knowledge of the laboratory environment
High level of attention to detail
Good written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well organised and able to plan work appropriately
Good computer skills like MS Office
