Laboratory sample receipt/Admin officer

About the company:

• Well established testing laboratory 
• Seeking a Laboratory sample receipt/Admin officer on a 6-month contract with potential for extension
• ASAP start

Duties:
Your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain the physical laboratory stores including receiving and packing stores, issuing stores to laboratory staff and generating order requests to replenish stores
• Maintain the stock of laboratory coats including keeping tidy stocks and fitting new staff with appropriate coats.
• Reception duties including but not limited to answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting set ups for site meetings
• Using LIMS for administrative tasks 

 
About you:
 

• Must be an Australian Citizen 
• Experience in Laboratory and / or warehouse environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills including oral and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
