About the company and role: We are currently seeking a
Laboratory Technician to join an excellent company which focuses on the testing of cement and lime products for distribution. The laboratory is in the
southern suburbs of Perth. This is a great opportunity to develop your chemistry experience and
graduates are highly encourage to apply as full training will be provided.
This is a
contract position (1-2 months) with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm.
Immediate Start. General duties may include, but are not limited to:- Sample weighing and preparation.
- Performing digestions, titrations and other wet-chemistry techniques
- Conducting analysis on samples using analytical instrumentation such as XRF.
- Data entry.
- General housekeeping of the laboratory
About you:- Previous experience within a similar laboratory environment is highly regarded
- Quality focused individual with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Current drivers license.
Recent graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply, full training provided.
