About the role -
  • Global pharmaceutical organization
  • Based in the northern suburbs
  • Monday to Friday with standard working hours 
  • 12-month contract with high likelihood to extend
About the Project - 
  • Toll Filling Facility
  • Sterility Assurance Roadmap (SAR) project
  • There are 4 different areas that require room upgrading from D to C Grade
About your duties - 
  • Support project activities as part of the team managed by Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager.
  • Works under limited supervision for routine situations
  • Assist in the management of small to medium size projects (team typically less than 5 people; low to medium project complexity and technical complexity).
  • Prepare and seek approval of Capital Expenditure Proposals, as instructed.
  • Raise and administer purchase orders for supply of goods and services.
  • Assist as directed in the preparation of key project management documents.
  • Aid as directed in maintaining the configuration management system during project activities.
  • Assist in or manage as directed construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative external relationships with external consultants and contractors to aid in the delivery of projects design and construction activities.
  • Bring Project elements together to achieve commissioning of equipment on budget and in line with PM expectations
About you -
  • Previous Engineering project management experience in a similar role
  • Aseptic background, understanding of filling and aseptic areas
  • HVAC services experience,
  • Qualification and shutdown planning experience
  • Experience on projects that are shutdown extensive
  • Experience with machine upgrades, requalification background
  • Ideal candidate will come from the pharmaceutical industry
