Line Leader - Day Shift

About the company:

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization located in the Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne
• Seeking a Line Leader with previous GMP experience on a permanent basis
• Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
• Attractive Salary

Duties:

Reporting to the Production/Packing supervisor, your duties may include:

• Allocating the team to workstations on the filling line and monitoring production plans
• Overseeing staff on the production line to instruct on cleaning, changeovers, stoppages and 5S duties
• Ensuring all filling machinery is running smoothly and that line start up and end of run tasks are complete
• Performing adjustments and changes to production equipment as required
• Completing data entry in SAP
• Maintaining batch documentation
• Following regulations and SOP’s to GMP standards

About you:

• Previous experience as a Line Leader in the Pharmaceutical or closely related industry OR previous experience as a Machine Operator with leadership aspirations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot on machines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
