Live-In (Onsite) Operator

About the company/role:

• Growing and innovative agricultural-based company
• Seeking a Live-in (Onsite) Biogas Operator to join the growing team and have responsibility for afterhours call out work
• Based close to Geelong
• Permanent opportunity
• Training provided on day shift
• Onsite house provided with all ulitlites covered once passed probation

Duties, but not limited to:

• Routine and consistent production equipment management
• Install, assemble and maintain mechanical equipment (pumps, valves, conveyors, etc)
• Perform routine maintenance and live emergency repairs
• Operate machinery, monitor performance and adjust equipment settings as needed
• SCADA and KPI review and response
• Adhere to all OHS and environmental policies and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with other fitters and operators to meet operational targets

Skills/experience:

• Must have previous fitter and/or operator experience in plant operations or manufacturing
• Experience within agricultural operations (highly advantageous)
• Must have a white card
• Strong work ethic with a positive and willing to learn attitude
• Strong communication skills
