Logistics Specialist

About the company/role:

• Monday to Friday with standard working hours. 

Duties

• Preparation of data, collation and completion of Material creation documentation/compliance forms, and co-ordination with other team members to collect required technical information to ensure materials have all necessary data for creation within internal systems such as SAP
• Co-ordination and follow up of vendors for inbound material requirements and deliveries into site and warehouse
• Analysing inventory requirements, to confirm and maintain inventory requirements
• Review and creation of material planning data in SAP
• Write/amend SOPs, work instructions and other documents.
• Follow procedures and work instructions

About you:

• Demonstrated experience as an Inventory Management /Coordinator in a Pharmaceutical or similar environment 
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
