Join the team in a hands-on role ideal for someone with an electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics mindset who enjoys building, assembling, and working with products
Full time permanent ongoing opportunity
Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Assemble and build products and components using hand tools and standard work instructions
Test and quality-check finished units, recording results and identifying faults
Troubleshoot and rework products where required
Prepare and stage components and sub-assemblies for production
Operate basic tools and equipment safely in a workshop/production environment
Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of products
Maintain accurate production and inventory records (ERP/system updates)
Support stock control, stocktakes, and inventory organisation
Identify and escalate quality, process, or safety issues
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Skills/experience required:
Background or interest in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or hands-on technical work
Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or workshop environments
Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Problem-solving mindset with an interest in building and fixing things
Physically capable of manual handling tasks throughout the day
Ability to work independently and remain focused on repetitive tasks
Experience with warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing) is beneficial
Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not essential
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
