Marketing Manager to be based in Hong Kong.
Role Overview:
As a
Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive product adoption, and support business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory departments, to ensure impactful and compliant marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote pharmaceutical products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and agencies.
- Oversee content development for promotional materials, social media, and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and corporate branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior experiences in pharmaceutical marketing function.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity.
