Keen to start your science career and get hands-on lab experience?
As part of our Evolve Evolution Program, you’ll join the Advanced Battery Technologies team at one of our clients and help develop next-generation lithium-ion battery materials.
- Hours: 8am – 4pm (2 days per week)
- Location: South East Brisbane
What’s involved?- Working in the lab on material prep, slurry mixing, and electrode development
- Learning how to use specialised equipment like gloveboxes and vacuum ovens (don’t worry – full training provided!)
- Helping with day-to-day lab tasks like cleaning, inventory, and data analysis
- Following health and safety procedures while working with powders, liquids, and glassware
What we’re after:- A science student (chemistry, materials science or similar). 2nd or 3rd-year Materials Science or Electrochemistry students are encouraged to apply!
- Someone who’s switched on about safety and keen to learn
- Passionate about materials and battery tech
- Available 2 days a week from January for at least 3 months
You’ll get hands-on experience, plenty of support, and the chance to work on real projects that make a difference.
