About the Role: We are currently experiencing demand from a range of clients in the Western suburbs of Brisbane and are accepting Expressions of Interest for Microbiologist Roles. Shortlisting will commence from January 2024.
Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) or equivalent.
Experience performing microbiological techniques including media preparation, bacterial culturing, gram staining, biochemical testing.
Skilled at carrying out the microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Ability to accurately obtain, analyse and report resulting test data.
Excellent report writing, record keeping and data entry skills.
Capability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of GMP, QC and HACCP.
Experience using LIMS.
Quality focused individual with excellent attention to detail.
Variety of roles and start dates are available in early 2024.
