About your duties -
Weighing and mixing ingredients
Performing cooking trials
Maintaining raw material supplies
Basic QC tests, including titrations, salt and acid testing
Packing up and dispatching samples
Laboratory housekeeping
Calibration of instruments
Filing and paperwork
About you -
Tertiary education in food science or similar background
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSANZ
You will be a quality-focused, enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail
Have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
