About the company:
Evolve Scientific are currently searching for a highly skilled Process or Maintenance Engineer to join with one of our largest clients, a global leader in the pharmaceuticals Industry. Our client are looking to bring this skilled professional into their operational readiness team in order to complete two key projects on their northern Melbourne site.
About the role:
This engineer will act as plant owner during this project's key stages of Design, Procurement, FAT, Installation, Commissioning, SAT, Qualification and Handover.
Responsibilities:- Operational readiness
- Ensuring when plant is handed over its safe, reviewing maintenance
- Input into project throughout process
- Engineering and maintenance functions, factor acceptance testing site installation and commissioning (75% complete already)
- Drawings and isolation plans
- Focus on maintenance – preventative maintenance, spare parts assessments (large portion completed already)
- Failure mode analysis – assessing what can be done to prevent failures
- Conduit between project and site engineering functions
- Will work between maintenance team to ensure decisions made are in best interest of engineering function and alignment with other facilities
- Will work with SAP Data entry and E&I team (don’t need to be a SAP guru)
- Dotted line to Project Manager

Must haves:- 3+ yrs experience in a similar role
- Exposure to maintenance or process engineering
- Experience in running maintenance planning
- Exposure to capital projects ideally, GxP, pharma background
- Engineer or someone with technical background
