About the Company:
Our client, a planet friendly technology company focusing on the manufacturing and research of graphene enhanced energy saving products and solutions, are seeking multiple Operations Technicians to join their team!

The role:

As an Operations Technician, your responsibilities may include, but aren’t limited to:
  • Monitoring and operating process control equipment, systems and technology.
  • Performing routine checks and maintenance tasks on machines and other equipment.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting equipment or system malfunctions and reporting issues to management.
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and tools.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Documenting operational activities, data and results for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Performing quality control tests to ensure the final product meets set specifications.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals and resolve issues.
  • Conducting electrical & instrumentation inspections, maintenance, and testing.
  • Addressing preventative and corrective maintenance work-orders
  • Assisting in the investigation of breakdowns, downtime, and reliability issues and participating in criticality reviews.

Skills & Experience :

  • Prior experience operating and troubleshooting machinery in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • The ability to repetitively lift up to 25kg.
  • Current driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle as the site is difficult to access via public transport
