Packaging Filler

About the company/role:
Our client is seeking a number of reliable Packaging Fillers to join their team in a fast-paced food ingredient manufacturing environment based in Southwest Sydney. We have a number of roles available across dedicated day shift and dedicated afternoon shift. 
 
Duties:

• Pack and label food ingredient products for distribution
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas in line with food safety regulations
• Accurately complete production documentation and logs
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and products 
• Report equipment faults or production issues promptly to supervisors 

Skills/experience:

• Previous experience in food or dairy manufacturing preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Good communication and time management skills
• Forklift license (highly regarded but not essential)
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP standards (desirable)
• Comfortable completing repetitive tasks
