About the Company & Role: Join a
Global Medical Device Manufacturer at the forefront of infection prevention technology. Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in analysing customer and product data, identifying trends, supporting complaint management activities and helping ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the
Quality Operations & Post Market Surveillance Manager, you'll join a supportive team with full training and handover provided.
Duties:- Analyse and interpret post-market and complaint data
- Identify trends, adverse events and out-of-trend results
- Manage and maintain complaint records within internal systems
- Support complaint investigations and adverse event reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations and data summaries for stakeholders
- Present findings to local and international teams
- Participate in weekly data review meetings
- Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality processes
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and Technical Services teams
Skills & Experience:- Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline
- Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical or another ISO-regulated environment is advantageous
- Strong Excel skills; experience with large datasets and Pivot Tables (highly regarded)
- Experience analysing data and identifying trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of ISO standards and GMP processes (highly regarded)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools (highly regarded)
