About the OpportunityAs a Clinical Trial Investigator, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality clinical research, ensuring study integrity, participant safety, and regulatory compliance across a range of pharmaceutical-sponsored trials.
You will work closely with research coordinators, operations teams, sponsors, and fellow investigators to deliver exceptional outcomes for both patients and study partners.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and site SOPs.
- Assess participant eligibility and provide ongoing medical oversight throughout trial participation.
- Review and interpret laboratory results, ECGs, imaging, and other clinical data.
- Obtain informed consent and ensure participants have a clear understanding of study requirements.
- Manage participant safety, adverse events, and protocol compliance.
- Collaborate with investigators and research teams to maintain high standards of study conduct.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical research processes and patient care.
- Support site operations and sponsor interactions as required.
About You- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
- Previous experience as a Sub-Investigator, Principal Investigator, or Clinical Trial Investigator, or a strong interest in transitioning into clinical research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality clinical outcomes.
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials.
- ICH-GCP certification.
- Experience in primary care, general practice, or specialist medical settings.
- Prior experience working in clinical research environments.
