About the company and role: This organisation is well-known within the Australian food manufacturing industry and are located in
Bentley, Perth.
We are looking for a
Production Analyst & Administrator to join the company on a
7 week contract role from mid September through to the start of November, on a full-time basis (Mon-Fri, ~7am-3pm). This role will involve interacting daily with both internal and external stakeholders, analysing production reports, finances and consumables.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Process order manipulation in SAP
- Adherence to schedule reporting (SAP)
- Operational Efficiency reporting (OEE)
- Inventory Control (Material movements & cycle counting)
- Raising & receipting Purchase orders
- Processing outbound orders & shipments
- Placing consumables orders
- Data entry
- Accruals & End of month reporting
About you:- Intermediate SAP ECC Proficiency (Production module)
- Intermediate Excel Proficiency
- Basic Operational Finance Skills
- Experience reporting production data (OEE, adherence to schedule etc.)
- Consumables purchasing experience
- Experience dealing with contractors & vendors
- Site administration skills
In addition to this, you will have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and be self-motivated.
