About the Company/Role: Seeking a Production Associate to join our client based in Meadowbrook, a pioneering Australian pharmaceutical company focused on the development and manufacture of innovative therapeutic products.
As the Production Associate, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Production Managers and Head of Production, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of manufacturing activities. You will play a key role in production scheduling, inventory coordination, documentation management, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Support daily production operations and administrative activities across manufacturing teams
- Assist with production scheduling, order processing, and workflow coordination
- Monitor production progress and communicate delays or deviations to relevant stakeholders
- Track production data, KPIs, and operational metrics and assist with reporting activities
- Coordinate raw material requisitions and inventory tracking to support production schedules
- Assist with GMP training coordination and documentation management
- Support equipment maintenance scheduling and follow up on servicing requirements
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality management system reviews
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation of approved changes
- Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant production environment in line with GMP and WHS requirements
Skills/Experience:- Certificate III or higher in Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated production environment
- Knowledge of GMP principles and TGA regulatory requirements highly regardedStrong organisational, administrative, and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using production management systems will be highly regarde
