Our client is an established and well‑respected organisation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, known for producing high‑quality therapeutic products in a TGA‑licensed, GMP‑certified facility. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Production Line Operator to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who excel in fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environments and take pride in maintaining exceptional quality standards. As a Production Line Operator, you will play a key part in ensuring that all manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated and manual production line equipment in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations
  • Prepare materials, components, and equipment for each batch
  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product compliance
  • Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and electronic documentation
  • Assist with changeovers, equipment cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain high hygiene and contamination-control standards
  • Report equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow

Hours
  • Monday – Friday: Must be available to start between 7:00 to 8:00 am with finish times between 3:30 to 4:30 pm
  • Weekend overtime available for extra earnings

About You
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (preferred)
  • Competent operating, cleaning, and maintaining manufacturing machinery (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physically capable of repetitive tasks and manual handling
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and proactive work ethic
