This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing a good job, and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team. In this role, you’ll be an important part of the production team, helping manufacture pharmaceutical products used across Australia every day.
Your duties will include:- Operating and monitoring manual and automated production machinery
- Preparing materials and equipment for each batch
- Performing basic quality checks
- Completing simple paperwork and electronic records
- Assisting with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Keeping your work area clean and hygienic
- Reporting equipment or quality issues
- Working closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
Hours & Pay- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 7:00–8:00 AM and finish between 3:30–4:30 PM
- Weekend overtime available for those who want extra hours and extra money
You’ll be a great fit if you are:- Experienced in manufacturing, production, or machine operation (pharma/GMP experience is a bonus, not essential) or a similar fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with machinery and equipment
- Someone with good attention to detail
- A team player with strong communication
- Physically capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and hardworking
- Bringing a positive, bubbly attitude to the team
