About the Role
We are seeking a Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This hands‑on role suits someone who enjoys practical work, values quality and hygiene, and is comfortable following documented procedures.
You’ll be involved in: 
  • Operating and monitoring manual and automated production machinery
  • Preparing materials, components, and equipment for each production batch
  • Performing basic in‑process quality checks
  • Completing production paperwork and batch records
  • Assisting with line changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and compliant work area
  • Reporting equipment faults or quality issues
  • Working collaboratively to ensure smooth production flow

Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Start: 7:00–8:00 AM | Finish: 3:30–4:30 PM
  • Weekend overtime available if you want extra hours

Skills & Experience
You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Have experience in manufacturing, production, packing, or machine operation or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Are comfortable working with machinery and manual handling
  • Have strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Are reliable, safety‑focused, and a positive team player
  • GMP or pharmaceutical experience is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Bring a friendly, upbeat attitude
