About the Company & Role
Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturer operating from a clean, TGA‑licensed facility. With steady growth and well‑established workflows, they offer a stable, long‑term opportunity within a friendly and supportive team environment. They are currently looking for a Production Operator to join their team and grow with the business.

This hands‑on role will see you working closely within production, contributing to the manufacturing process while maintaining high quality and compliance standards in a regulated setting.

You’ll be involved in:
  • Operating and monitoring manual & automated machinery
  • Preparing materials and equipment for each batch
  • Performing basic quality checks & completing simple paperwork
  • Assisting with changeovers, cleaning & basic maintenance
  • Keeping your work area clean and hygienic
  • Reporting any equipment or quality issues
  • Working closely with your team to keep production running smoothly

Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Start: 7:00–8:00 AM | Finish: 3:30–4:30 PM
  • Weekend overtime available if you want extra hours

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have experience in manufacturing, production, packing or machine operation or a similar face-paced environment
  • Are comfortable working with machinery and manual handling
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Are reliable, safety‑focused and a positive team player
  • Bring a friendly, upbeat attitude
