Production Operator

About the company/role:

• Leading manufacturing organisation located in the South Eastern suburbs
• To start ASAP
• Day Shift hours (6am – 2pm) for training, then will move to afternoon shift (2pm-10pm)
• Ongoing casual role 

Duties:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:

• VQC activities to inspect for minor welding defects and issues
• Loading/unloading parts into laser for welding
• Very fine manual assembly work under a microscope
• Following SOPs and maintaining quality of products
• Setting up and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
• Manufacturing medical device/pharmaceutical products
• Conducting visual QC checks of products along the production line
• Assembling components
• Maintaining GMP batch documentation
• Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing area

Skills/experience:

• Demonstrated assembly production experience within ISO 13485 regulated cleanroom (preferred)
• Microscope experience is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Capability to follow processes
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
