Production Operator

About the role:

• This position is within a pharmaceutical company. 
• The work is routine, repetitive, and manual, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Casual contract, Monday to Friday
• Must be flexible to work either morning or afternoon shift
• Morning shift: 6:30am – 2:20pm
• Afternoon shift: 2:30pm – 10:20pm

About your duties:

• Receive, process and move products throughout the facility
• Operate equipment in line with workplace procedures
• Accurately scan, sort and record product information
• Perform manual handling and palletising tasks
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Identify and report any product or process issues
• Support team operations to meet daily production targets
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety standards at all times

About you:

• Proven experience in similar role in pharmaceuticals/food manufacturing.
• Previous laboratory experience would be highly regarded. 
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks
• The capacity to work independently and maintain focus
• Reliability, consistency, and a commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
