About the Role We’re partnering with a well-established and respected food & beverage manufacturer, seeking a reliable and motivated
Production Operator to join their team syrup room team.
This is a
casual role with
12-hour shifts worked on a
24/7 rotating roster over a 28‑day cycle. You must be available for
both day (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and
night (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) shifts, including
weekends and public holidays (penalty rates apply).
Key Responsibilities- Prepare batches by following internal recipes and procedures
- Pick and measure ingredients (including electric forklift operation)
- Conduct basic quality checks and maintain production standards
- Assist with inventory control, stock take, and ingredient storage
- Clean and maintain production equipment
- General housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols
What You’ll Bring- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A team-focused mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 kg
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster of 12‑hour shifts across a 28‑day cycle
