About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established and respected Food & Beverage manufacturer who is looking for a reliable and motivated
Production Operator to join their team. This is a
full-time, ongoing role offering stability, great working conditions, and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare batches by following internal recipes and procedures
- Pick and measure ingredients (including electric forklift operation)
- Conduct basic quality checks and maintain production standards
- Assist with inventory control, stock take, and ingredient storage
- Clean and maintain production equipment
- General housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols
What You’ll Bring- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (highly regarded)
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 20-25 kg repetively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A team-focused mindset and strong work ethic
- Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6 days/nights on, 6 days/nights off) – 24/7 roster
