About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established and respected Food & Beverage manufacturer, seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join their team. This is a
hands-on, physically demanding role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a casual position with
12-hour shifts on a
24/7 rotating roster (28-day cycle). You must be available for both day (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and night (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) shifts, including weekends and public holidays (penalty rates apply).
Key Responsibilities- Preparing batches by following recipes and procedures
- Picking and measuring ingredients (including forklift use if licensed)
- Manual handling and lifting (regular lifting of 20–25kg )
- Conducting quality checks and maintaining production standards
- Assisting with inventory control and stocktakes
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- General housekeeping and following safety procedures
What You’ll Bring- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or baking experience (highly regarded)
- Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting (20–25kg )
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster
